- Microsoft One Commercial Partner Organization, a division of Microsoft, had accumulated five years of partner utilization data through their Dynamics Learning Platform (DLP). This data held valuable insights that could be utilized to enhance partner learning plans and recommend appropriate courses for individuals implementing Microsoft's Dynamic product family.
- The accumulated partner utilization data remained unutilized, missing an opportunity to leverage insights for improved learning plans.
- Partners required guidance on the best courses to enhance their skills for successful implementation of Microsoft's Dynamic products.
SOLUTION PROVIDED BY PEOPLE TECH GROUP
People Tech collaborated with Microsoft to develop an advanced analytics proof-of-concept solution utilizing the existing learning platform history data. It included –
- Hosting the DLP system on Azure with SQL Azure as the data source and utilizing Power BI to generate certification and regional coverage statistics for Microsoft partners and partner representatives.
- Leveraging People Tech's expertise as the application maintenance managed service provider, an advanced analytics solution was developed to analyze the learning platform history data and generate personalized recommendations.
- Utilizing Azure Machine Learning services, five years of historical data, student attributes, and career aspirations were incorporated to generate insights and recommend advanced training resources for partners working with Microsoft Dynamics customers.
